Working together doesn't mean you have to cook and influence everything. Lay off. Sometimes you just don't know better, as hard as that might be for your ego's to swallow. You're over cooking everything unnecessarily, and it's getting way beyond degrading. Borderline fking rabid.

What's the point?
In the meantime, I'd just like the resources and a productive environment, without the interference if at all possible. This is cooked ay. Making simple, routine tasks painful and totally unenjoyable, in an industry that is challenging enough anyway under typical conditions. Gotta wonder why. Certainly isn't 'development'.
