HR where I work is a massive fucking failure. Can't keep any human resources around very long. We'd be better off accepting walk ins and putting them to work where they think they might succeed. Instead dumbass puts them where they fail within hours and quit. It's a fucking idiot. If I ever need or what it's opinion I will beat it out of it.
Human resources is a bolshevik bullshit job. They should stick to watching clocks and getting payroll done and not thinking they run the fucking place.
