If I were to guess, I think it had to do with creating a new birthday for our new republic/corporation that the country will run under. The red folder was some type of signed document to that effect and probably some type of insurrection act signed. Remember, they already proved their ability to riot, so they were probably setup and fed to MI.

HOW WOULD A BOT BYPASS THE CAPTCHA 751 TIMES INSTANTLY. THAT'S ONLY POSSIBLE IF THERE IS NO INTERNET CONNECTION BETWEEN THE POSTER AND THE SERVER. IT IS BYPASSING ALL OF THAT INCLUDING THE FIREWALL BECAUSE THE POSTS ARE COMING FROM THE SERVERSIDE, NOT THE INTERNET. YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO SMART.
