Allow me to spoonfeed: You have aliens in all dimensions around the universe. Dimension = vibration, all matter vibrates, some vibrates higher some lower corresponding to the level of spiritual evolution. The situation on Earth is a unique mix of positive and negative influences in a dynamic equilibrium which is resolving right now with the Light side clearly winning.
Key players for Light: awakened positive people / anons (some are incarnated ET's - see Q crumb 1143), awakened positive world leaders, Galactic Federation & other positive aliens.
Key players for darkness: satanic cabal, unaware / unwilling population (sleepers / bluepills - don't judge them!), demons influencing negative thoughts/behavior, dark forces in power, negative ET's working behind the shadows (very weak lately)
