Teacher-anon here. I don't know if this is worth investigating but our organization, Aspire Public Schools, recently had our CEO (Carolyn Hack) as well-as several of our top administrators just…quit.

This seemed to happen pretty rapidly and with no explanation. The CEO specifically was apart of several projects geared towards INSANE "racial" indoctrination and sacrificing our learning standards for the name of "equity". She won't be missed.

It's virtually destroyed any chance at a constructive learning environment as a whole.

I can't wait until we move into a tracking system, or at the very least, a structure in which learners are grouped closer together within their ability level.

It's become such a hazard to teach in a class where 2/4th lack even the most basic of skills for their grade level, with the remaining 2/4th's losing interest in school because the material is geared towards the lower end of the spectrum…

It's all so unfortunate for our more advanced learners; they quickly tune out.

Anytime. I love this board and its participants; I'm sure a dive into our organization and its leaders will dig something up.

We are located in areas where kids are largely impoverished and often from foster homes and/or homes monitored by Child Protective Services (CPS).

Not to mention, Carolyn Hack (our former CEO) would often send mass-emails discussing the "tragedy" and "fear" faced by our population under President Trump. She was exceptionally vocal about protecting our undocumented population as well.

Thanks for taking this screen capture. This equity concept is something they [administrators] have been pushing heavily.

As a result, they've removed several structures which we had in place that made us incredibly desirable as a school. Namely: teacher pay linked with student performance and monthly teacher performance evaluations to ensure quality of instruction.

Our top performing teachers and hardest working educators have left, replaced largely by people who push a social justice agenda and stereotypically leftist ideals.

We've even had statements during our leadership meetings where-in our coaches have mentioned the need for teachers to reflect their community–i.e., do away with our white teachers and replace them with people of color. I could go on…
