I am wondering about the recent rash of crazy accidents by Teslas. Were they sabotaged? Teslas never used to accelerate into barriers or do the other bad things that are recently reported.

Why are they having so many problems with the manufacturing of the Model 3? There are guys in the industry who know how to build an assembly line with robot welding. Why does Tesla seem unable to get this help?
