We know they cheat. They cheat every which way they can. They've been doing it for decades and getting away with it. It's not even a matter of proving that they cheat anymore. The problem is that nothing is being done about it.
The cheating will continue until the people behind the cheating are publicly hanged for treason. Not lynched. Publicly hanged.
That is the only way that the cheating will stop. Poll watchers are not going to stop the cheating.
