I kind of think they can. The other day I referenced the Ebot without saying its name or replying to it (I posted a picture of its post that I was referencing) and said "pic attached." I said it kind of made me laugh every once in a while. It replied to me saying "pic attached" and the pic was the Hitler "Mein neger."
