Roger that.

Working on finding the method for converting plaintext to ciphertext now.

 

Then I would rot them based on whatever needs to be done to turn the last letter into a Q

Take both sets of letters and pair them off and reduce them down by half using the method in the picture.

 

Rinse and repeat for all six permutations of x:x:x ordering. Then probably concatenate and find a way to decrypt.

Couldn't figure out how the plaintext was encrypted so I just moved forward with what we had already.
