Kash is blown away that these attorneys are still trying to say it's not important that Sussman lied. And all the documentation should not be shown at trial (all of Durham's proof), they are asking the court not to allow it. He believes this will fail.

Kash is saying Durham is layering up, by going after Sussman first and he thinks all the people we know, and he thinks McCabe is the top the of the ladder are next. Going from the lowest rung on the ladder and going up.

Durham is collecting all the data through all of these pleadings and defense counter pleadings, he reveals more and more. It's fascinating to hear him discuss the strategy to build his entire wide ranging case.

He also thinks that Sussman lost his chance to flip, Kash says too much has come out and Durham has collected so much info, and when the rest of the conspiracy are trying to sabotage him, he's not viable to flip. And he'd have to accept the charges that he lied
