"The first target of Ukrainian forces with their American HIMARS MLRS systems was a hospital that was being protected by a few Russian soldiers — they report it as a “Russian military base” presumably for morale purposes of their failing forces. Sick people were present during the strike. It is unclear how many died — classic Ukrops. First target is civilian 🤢 (this happened yesterday)"
