that um.. that's something they do.. with um.. the lobster.. they um.. (cough) they use a live lobster and they insert it while it's alive and heat the end that is not inserted, so the lobster will erratically move in attempt to get away from the fire/heat. i read about it on rotten about 15 years ago (a lady had died of a freak 'accident' as a result of the practice)
