Not to mention it was flying at FL350 most of the time… Still, I have seen this flight before and it has always shown as the correct plane. Not sure what happened today, I know that Flightradar24 screws up, but this was a pretty big screwup. The Cessna N-number is not even close to the N-numbers of the planes that usually fly this route.

The entire concept reminds me of the old soviet union… its completely impractical both as a first strike weapon because it could never deliver a decapitating blow to the US. Nuking a harbor is nuking a harbor whether its 100MT or 100KT it is still going to illicit a MASSIVE response. And the way they "leaked" it on RT… A ruse from the start, the actual development project for it is most likely for a totally different clandestine purpose entirely. A sub that can travel autonomously is useful in multiple ways.
