My understanding, from prior research, is that a percentage goes to the Crown and the remainder goes to the Vatican – but the Grace Report verifies that it ALL leaves. Now are we seeing why the great United States had to resort to gun/drug running to pay its bills? No wonder we allowed a cartel to form at the center of our government in the shadows.
