Funny you should bring up this (hilariously paraphrased) verse. I have always tried to live by it, but the more I hear about the actions of these people and then see their fucking condescending outright-evil "nya nya nya" smiles… I want them to suffer. Not the quick bullet to the back of the head. Not the rope. I want them to live out their natural lives in misery, and to be reminded every day who beat them.
Moral cognitive dissonance, perhaps.
It is difficult. Perhaps most of these people are more demon than human at this point.
