You have to ask PDJT for a hint. The only hints we have, I believe, are:

 

  1. They were playing Gloria

  2. I think Dan said happy birthday in that video

  3. Trump held up a red folder

 

If I were to guess, I think it had to do with creating a new birthday for our new republic/corporation that the country will run under. The red folder was some type of signed document to that effect and probably some type of insurrection act signed. Remember, they already proved their ability to riot, so they were probably setup and fed to MI.

 

Or it could be instructions on how to carjack.
