Self reflect on what is outside of the pain doing the perceiving of the pain, then ask why are you wasting the time of what is perceiving your own self in narrative of "pain" when pain isn't even inherent in the perception of the pain, so it would be a much better expenditure of time to write narrative on the painless gift of perception you have.
Just stop writing pain and the pain will lessen.

I had thought my daughter in law was waking up a bit and maybe that is still true but…..
Last night she ask me a question and I answered it but somehow she thought I was talking about Q then went on a tangent about how I said how Hillary was going to be arrested. It went south from there. She started typing fast online to prove to me Hillary has not been arrested. I then said..no she has not yet. Hillary is still being investigated. My daughter in law then started to look like a tea kettle ready to blow. Her hands went into fists, she stood up from the chair and stomped over to me and SCREAMED in my face. Scared the shit out of me. Thought she was going to slam me against the wall for a second. She looked and sounded just like those far left screaming lunatics we see in those videos.
I am a bit heartbroken having to watch this. When I stop and rewind what I heard and saw….she is waking up and is scared to death her world in turning upside down. I hope she is not so broken to the point to be one of the 4-6% that will be lost forever.
