Adding seats to the Supreme Court would allow President Biden to rebalance the court and appoint justices who will work for the people, not deep-pocketed polluters and their allies. Without a deliberate rebalancing, the Supreme Court — with its justices who serve for life — is positioned to continue imposing an extremist agenda for a generation to come.
I posted the CA law, some other anon posted it was 'wrong' with a link to thee US code, which also has no Nuremburg codified law for the United States.
Thus the erroneous supposition that most humans have that their governments cannot experiment upon them due to 'Nuremburg Code' 'protections' is false, a belief.
Unless some anons can find specific statees or other nations that have codified it specifically, it does not exist, and judges, classes, nor attorneys would have standing to attempt to invoke it in legal procedures in the USA (and likely the world- with perhaps Germany being an exception(?)), as there is no code, statute, law, or restriction explicitly stating it by name and force.
Likely, they're letting the breads play out and analyzing the responses.
