REVEALED: 15 key US states where Chinese citizens are buying $6B of property after being banned by other countries for pushing up house prices as Ron DeSantis calls it a 'huge problem'

California and New York are the top two spots for Chinese buyers in the US, followed by Indiana and Florida, tied for third

Chinese buyers spent $6.1billion in the US on mainly primary residences (52 percent) and residential rentals (25 percent)

Florida has hit its 14 consecutive year as the number one spot overall for foreign buyers, which Governor Ron DeSantis, 43, called a 'huge problem'

Chinese buyers are being pushed out of other countries, like New Zealand and Australia for driving up housing prices

Many are doing so to avoid paying income taxes in their home country, it has been reported

Like New Zealand and Australia, DeSantis wants to impose foreign taxes on them to deter them from buying on US soil

'I don't think they should be able to do it. I think the problem is these companies have ties to the CCP, and it's not always apparent,' DeSantis said

COVID Injections Contain Potassium Chloride Which Is Contraindicated for Cardiac Disorders

Pfizer-BioNTech’s Covid-19 “vaccine” contains potassium chloride of undisclosed concentration. Potassium chloride is essential for the proper functioning of the heart however, the side effects of excessive potassium include uneven heartbeat, muscle weakness or limp feeling, severe stomach pain, and numbness or tingling in your hands, feet, or mouth. Potassium chloride should not be injected into those who have a cardiac disorder.

What does this mean for children diagnosed with myocarditis that may have been caused by Covid injections? Is the second dose exacerbating the primary damage caused by the first?

DS media says

Kim Jong Un says N Korea ‘ready to mobilise’ nuclear deterrent

North Korean leader condemns United States and South Korea in speech to mark ‘Victory Day’, the Korean War armistice.

In a speech to mark the armistice that ended fighting in the Korean War, known as ‘Victory Day’ in North Korea, Kim Jong Un said the threat posed by the United States required Pyongyang to build up its defence.

“Our armed forces are thoroughly prepared to respond to any crisis, and our nation’s nuclear war deterrence is also fully ready to mobilise its absolute strength faithfully, accurately and promptly to its mission,” he said, according to state media.

North Korea is likely to face stronger sanctions, including measures aimed at curbing its cyberattack capabilities if it goes ahead with the test, South Korea’s foreign minister said on Wednesday.

In his address, Kim said Washington continues “dangerous, illegal hostile acts” with South Korea against his country some 70 years after the war, and seeks to justify its behaviour by “demonising” it.

Leif-Eric Easley, a professor at Ewha University in Seoul, said the Victory Day speech could be seen as an attempt to “bolster national pride” in the face of South Korea’s successful post-armistice development.

“Kim’s rhetoric inflates external threats to justify his militarily focused and economically struggling regime,” he said in an email. “North Korea’s nuclear and missile programs are in violation of international law, but Kim tries to depict his destabilizing arms buildup as a righteous effort at self-defense.”

North Korea has long accused the US of double standards over military activities and pursuing what it says is a “hostile policy” towards Pyongyang.

Denuclearisation talks collapsed in 2019 over sanctions relief.

“The duplex act of the United States, which is misleading all the routine actions of our armed forces as ‘provocation’ and ‘threat’ while holding large-scale joint military exercises that seriously threaten our security, is literally a robbery,” Kim said.

NYC Mayor Eric Adams has fired over 1,750 city employees for refusing to get the COVID jab

In addition to the 1,752 employees who have been fired for their stand against the COVID mandate, over 6,000 city workers are still awaiting a response after applying for medical or religious exemptions.

Led by leftist Mayor Eric Adams, New York City has fired over 1,750 city employees, including police officers, firefighters, transportation workers, and Department of Education staffers, because they refused to get the experimental, abortion-tainted COVID-19 vaccines.

The mayor’s office told the New York Post on July 23 that 1,752 municipal employees in total have been forced out of their jobs due to their vax status, an increase of more than 200 since the city’s last update in March.

— New York Post (@nypost) July 23, 2022

The Post noted that in February, Adams had terminated the employment of 1,430 city workers who refused to get the shots, including 914 Department of Education staff members, 36 personnel with the New York Police Department, and 25 New York Fire Department employees.

In March, another 101 workers were pushed out of their jobs, the outlet reported.

The mayor’s office had failed to release further official numbers since March, until its Saturday confirmation to the Post that the number of fired employees had risen to over 1,750. A breakdown of the most recent firings by department was not published, the outlet noted.

The Post further pointed out that in addition to the 1,752 employees who have been fired for their stand against the COVID mandate, over 6,000 city workers are still awaiting a response after applying for medical or religious exemptions.

Adams had become the Empire State’s mayor in November 2021, taking over from former Mayor Bill de Blasio who had enforced crippling COVID restrictions on New Yorkers, including crackdowns on church services.

Energy Companies Set To Post Record Profits For 1H 2022

Much to the chagrin of snowflakes everywhere, big oil and energy firms are slated to post a quarter of record profits in coming weeks.

Thanks to the volatility in markets as a result of both Covid lockdowns and the conflict in Ukraine, the first six months of 2022 are slated to be the best on record for many energy majors and traders.

Names like Exxon, Vitol, Glencore, BP, Shell and TotalEnergies are all expected to report "very strong returns", according to a preview put together by Reuters this week.

One source told the news outlet: "It is another record year. LNG outages will be a challenge to everyone and a big challenge to those who rely heavily on U.S. and Russian LNG."

Independent oil trader Gunvor Group and rival Trafigura have already reported record profits, the report says.

Another source told Reuters that "BP did 70-80% better in the first quarter than last year, when trading returns were lacklustre compared to a stellar 2020 and 2019". The same source said that the company's trading division was ahead of its targets in Q2.

Both BP and Shell produced record results driven by trading in Q1. Sources also reported that Glencore's energy trading put up "robust" numbers in the first half of the year.

A banking source continued, telling Reuters: "We are seeing similar across the sector with most reporting ongoing strong trading…the initial results year-to-date reflect ongoing record profitability."

Recall, we wrote just days ago that oil companies were warning about much higher prices for plenty of time to come.

Exxon's CEO said that global oil markets may remain tight for another three to five years largely because of a lack of investment since the pandemic began.

Chief executive Darren Woods said it’ll take time for oil firms to “catch up” on the investments needed to ensure there’s enough supply.

Woods was speaking at the Economic Forum in Qatar, which is among the world’s biggest exporters of liquefied natural gas and one of few nations that can substantially replace Russian gas supplies to Europe. Firms including ConocoPhillips are investing in a $29 billion project to boost Doha’s exports. Several weeks ago it emerged that Exxon is also one of the bidders and Qatari Energy Minister Saad Al-Kaabi, speaking alongside Woods, said the US firm would get a stake.

US deploying F-22 fighter jets near Ukraine

U.S. Air Force F-22 Raptor fighter jets are heading to Poland this week as the Russian invasion of neighboring Ukraine enters its fifth month.

On Wednesday, U.S. Air Forces in Europe and Air Forces Africa (USAFE-AFAFRICA) announced that F-22s from the 90th Fighter Squadron, 3rd Wing from Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska landed at Royal Air Force base Lakenheath, England. The fighters are stopping at RAF Lakenheath on their way to the 32nd Tactical Air Base in Łask, Poland.

The 32nd Tactical Air Base is located in central Poland and is about 200 miles from Ukraine’s western border.

USAFE-AFAFRICA said the F-22 fighter jets are being deployed to support North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) “Air Shielding” in the European Theater. “Air Shielding” entails integrating allied aircraft and surface-based air and missile defense systems under NATO’s Command and Control.

“The fifth generation capability contributes to the Air Shielding mission with its ability to provide lethality and survivability against any emerging high end threats,” USAFE-AFAFRICA said. “The Raptor performs both air-to-air and air-to-ground missions allowing full realization of operational concepts vital to the 21st century Air Force.”

Without directly mentioning the ongoing Russian invasion of Ukraine, USAFE-AFAFRICA said, “integration with NATO Allies and Partners further demonstrates the Alliance’s dedication to deter and defend in an increasingly complex and changing security environment.”

Tunisia opposition accuses Electoral Commission of electoral fraud

The Tunisian opposition has accused the country's election commission of "electoral fraud" following the major discrepancy between the preliminary results of the referendum announced by the elections authority on Tuesday and the numbers published on the authority's website yesterday.

The I Watch organisation, which specialises in transparency, issued a statement calling for a recount of the votes by an independent committee "that includes accredited civil society organisations that observed the voting process…. As well as academics specialised in statistics and court judges, accountants who have experience in monitoring electoral processes, in order to verify the results and ensure their transparency and integrity."

It warned that the inconsistency with the preliminary results makes the process of challenging the referendum results more complicated, and called on the Administrative Court to bear the responsibility and issue its rulings within a reasonable time that takes into account the rights of citizens.

The electoral commission said on Tuesday that the new Tunisian constitution, giving far more power to President Kais Saied, was passed in a referendum which saw a 30.5 per cent turnout, Reuters reported.

The commission said 95 per cent of voters approved the constitution in a ballot which was boycotted by opposition groups who accuse Saied of staging a coup against the democracy that emerged from Tunisia's Arab Spring uprising of 2011.

China strongly opposes foreign interference in Taiwan’s affairs — Xi Jinping

According to the Chinese leader, the "One China" principle provides the political basis for relations between Beijing and Washington and China expects the US to comply with its obligations

BEIJING, July 28. /TASS/. Beijing strongly opposes foreign interference in Taiwan’s affairs and will firmly defend its sovereignty, Chinese President Xi Jinping said during a phone call with US President Joe Biden on Thursday.

"We strongly oppose separatism and foreign interference in Taiwan’s affairs," the Xinhua news agency quoted Xi Jinping as saying. "The government and people of China have consistently held this position, we will firmly defend the state sovereignty and territorial integrity of our country," he added.

According to the Chinese leader, the "One China" principle provides the political basis for relations between Beijing and Washington. Xi Jinping noted that China expected the US to comply with its obligations.

Taiwan has been governed by its local administration since 1949. Beijing regards the island as one of its provinces and this position is supported by most countries, including Russia. Washington cut diplomatic ties with Taipei in 1979 and established relations with China. While accepting the "One China" policy, Washington continues to maintain contact with the Taipei administration and provide weapons to the island.

Trump claims 'absolute immunity' in civil suits over Jan. 6

Trump's statement comes amid the news that the Justice Department is investigating the former president

July 28, 2022

Former President Donald Trump claims the president enjoys "absolute immunity" in civil suits related to presidential acts as he faces potential legal action for his alleged role in the Jan. 6 Capitol Riot.

A statement Trump's attorneys presented to the court, which Fox News obtained, stated that the matter was one of separation of powers and that judicial dismantling of presidential immunity would encourage partisan harassment of elected officials through the legal system.

"This appeal requires the adjudication of a simple but important constitutional issue regarding the separation of powers: whether the scope of the presidential absolute immunity continues to reach the outer perimeters of presidential responsibilities or whether the immunity can be undercut if the presidential act in question is unpopular among the judiciary," the statement read.

"Consequently, it is especially important to avoid allowing the judicial department to pass judgment on the political statements and discourse of the President of the United States," it continued.

Trump's statement comes amid the news that the Justice Department is investigating the former president in its probe of the Capitol Riot.

The House select committee investigating the Capitol Riot held a string of primetime hearings related to the events of Jan. 6 but did not serve Trump with a subpoena to compel his testimony.

Five Days, Six Busts Have Calexico CBP Officers Seizing 494 Packages of Meth, Fentanyl and More

07/28/2022

CALEXICO, Calif. – U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers from the Calexico Port of Entry intercepted narcotics worth more than $8 million over the course of five days.

Calexico CBP officers discovered 603 pounds of fentanyl, 187 pounds of methamphetamine and 2.5 grams of marijuana concealed inside travelers’ vehicles and luggage while applying for entry into the United States between July 13 and July 17.

“Fentanyl, a very lethal drug, continues to be on the rise and our officers will relentlessly continue doing everything they can to keep this hard narcotic off our streets,” said David Salazar, CBP Port Director for the Calexico Port of Entry.

The CDC states that more than 150 people die every day from drug overdoses related to synthetic opioids derived from fentanyl. https://www.cdc.gov/stopoverdose/fentanyl/index.html

The deadly narcotics were discovered by CBP officers after noticing tampering of travelers’ vehicles and unusual travel patterns.

July 17, a total of 72.33 pounds of fentanyl and 186.82 pounds of methamphetamine were discovered by CBP officers utilizing the port’s imaging machine.

July 16, a total of 66.40 pounds of fentanyl and 2.35 grams of marijuana were discovered by CBP officers after an intensive, physical search of the traveler’s vehicle and luggage.

July 15, 106.30 pounds of fentanyl were discovered by CBP officers utilizing the port’s imaging machine.

July 14, 227.92 pounds of fentanyl were discovered by CBP officers after a canine enforcement screening was conducted.

July 13, 130.19 pounds of fentanyl were discovered by CBP officers after they noticed tampering of the vehicle during an initial cursory inspection.

According to DEA, one kilogram of fentanyl has the potential to kill 500,000 people. https://www.dea.gov/resources/facts-about-fentanyl

“Remaining vigilant for something that looks out of place and keeping a keen eye for unusual travel patterns is what our officers are trained to do,” said Anne Maricich, CBP Acting Director of Field Operations in San Diego.

The total estimated amount of the narcotics found by Calexico CBP officers is $8.25 million.

All travelers were turned over to the custody of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) for further investigation.

Russia to Exit WHO, WTO and Other UN Agencies?

July 28, 2022

According to Russian Duma’s Deputy Speaker Pyotr Tolstoy, the Russian Government is evaluating the possibility to withdraw from a number of UN agencies, most visibly WHO and WTO which they consider do Russia more harm than good. This may be particularly the case with WTO which Russia only joined in 2012 after 8 years of negotiations, because WTO allows countries under the western sanctions program to increase tariffs on Russian goods way above the WTO guidelines.

WTO removed Russia’s “most favored nation” status in response to its invasion of Ukraine, which led several countries to suspend Moscow’s trade preferences and impose tariffs in excess of what WTO rules typically allow. WTO, created under the Charter of the UN, is not to take political decisions in favor, or against a member of its 164 member-organization.

See this.

Under pressure from the US and European governments, hundreds of western businesses, from Adidas, McDonald’s, and Pepsi to BP, Renault, British American Tobacco, Starbucks and many many more, have pulled out of Russia for fear of direct western sanctioning. McDonald’s said its cost for leaving Russia was equivalent to US$ 1.3 billion. Is the sacrifice worth it?

Never mind, it is contributing to anti-Russian propaganda – which in itself, contributes to the ever-mounting western pressure for “regime change”.

As to WHO – while the agency pretends being non-political, in reality it is just the contrary, only political. WHO, under pressure from Bill Gates and the US, never approved the Russian Sputnik V as an official “vaccine” – like Pfizer, J&J, Moderna and all the western fake vaxxes.

WHO joined the west in condemning Russia for the war in Ukraine, never looking at the reasons that may have prompted the war, and never looking into the health impacts of 8 years bombarding and aggressing the Donbas Region by the Kiev regime with the help by Neo-Nazi Azov Battalions.

While no war is justified, analyzing the reasons that led up to war might help negotiating for peace and preventing other wars.

Nor did WHO evaluate independently the damage on Eastern Ukraine’s health facilities and inhabitants since the beginning of the war on 24 February 2022. Because most, if not all, attacks on Donbas health facilities, as well as outright killing of civilians Kiev claims and the west confirms, were Russian inflicted, when in fact the very Ukraine government carried out “false flags” against their own people.

It would behoove a neutral WHO to analyze causes of mass death, disease and injury reports. Not doing so and instead simply supporting the western version is a serious breach of WHO’s Constitution and role in determining the cause of the deteriorating state of a society’s wellbeing.
