Antony Catalano, CEO of Australia's Fairfax Media's Domain Holdings resigned suddenly on 21 Jan 2018.

Fairfax Media is roughly equivalent in size and popularity to Rupert Murdoch's News Corp in Aus, so significant to Aus.

Significant why?:

• This occurs less than two months after Domain listed on the Aus stock exchange, wiping millions off the share price.(He could have resigned back in Nov) = Very angry shareholders!!

-He is not doing a handover period - extremely rare

-He is losing his $13m AUD payout by leaving early. Now that's a big hit!!

He has resigned " for family reasons"

All very odd.
