It doesn't help that the mysterious figure Q broke 18 months of silence and reemerged on June 24. With the midterm elections approaching in November, the conspiracy theory is likely to continue popping up in campaigns and on social media feeds. Being able to recognize its influence may make it easier to spot, and avoid, in the future.
