MindGeek was a criminal enterprise publishing and promoting and profiting from child porn.

The moment Visa became aware of this and then continued it's relationship with MindGeek, it was joining into what is essentially a criminal conspiracy to continue to allow profiteering from illegal activity involving underage minors.

So Visa can't claim it's not involved in the profiteering of child porn. It is. And continuing to allow MindGeek to profit from it's child porn videos makes Visa an accessory to the crimes.
