Let me see if I have things straight:
US-supplied weapons, that were to be used as "defense only," have been used against a military base of the Russian Federation because Ukraine said it was "defensive" even though "Ukrainian officials have repeatedly voiced plans to take back Crimea."
I seriously doubt there is anyone within the Kremlin that would not realize this is a war-by-proxy by the US and EU puppets against Russia.
On the US side:
All Active Duty, Reserves, and National Guard are getting vaxx induced heart problems. Those that refuse are getting discharged. The coming purge of those pesky hidden "neo-nazis" in the Ranks will further deplete not only available warm bodies, but drain the experienced personel as well. Instead of conducting the training necessary for a chance to at least break even in combat operations against a super-power those left in uniform get Sexual Harassment, Critical Race Theory, Transsexual/transgender Sensitivity, and whatever other libtarded bullshit now required by the Social Experiment in Uniforms still calling itself the Department of Defense.
Equipment is wearing out. The Fleet has so much broken equipment, which is fine because way too many sailors don't know how to properly use the gear anyway. Throw in the Admiral that is so pissed the USNS ships are all rusty because OPTEMPO does not allow them time to paint anything. Gulf War Syndrome has taken out a good many from Desert Storm. The Second Gulf War is crammed with PTSD and who knows what else. Perhaps by some miracle, or talented Contractors, the DOD ice cream machines work.
The Strategic Reserve is being emptied out with little chance to replenish as the oil companies get shut down in the name of Climate Change. Armored vehicles are rated in gallons-per-mile to the Supply Corps so good luck with fuel.
God have mercy on the poor NCO that uses the wrong pronouns when requesting the spoiled and/or deviants to peform a task like the forever uloading/reloading of Conex boxes of equipment. Make sure the Persons of Color get the MRE's with the Skittles in the name of Equity. Affirmative Action on Steroids able to dilate, or support dilation for sustained periods.
On the Russia side:
Modernizing equipment for decades now and building a lot of new stuff. The Fleet is still mostly Soviet-era stuff though.
No clot-shots to be found. Soldiers, sailors, and airmen train to engage in or support combat operations for extended periods. Things related to gender were already covered prior to service in Biology class. Male, Female, a Hermaphrodite rare enough that He or She should do fine.
NCOs will certainly kick the asses of any dirtbags and slackers, leaving physical bruises, and the officers are just fine with that method of maintaining Discipline as many times that is the only way to get the conscripts to straighten up.
Plenty of unsold oil stocks hanging out for military use.
