The elections operative who deleted the Maricopa County elections database before the equipment was turned over to auditors has been identified.

In the video below, an employee is seen alone in the server room in violation of County elections policy. When walking out of the server room, he also appears to be using a cellphone in the unauthorized area.

That employee has now been identified as Brian Ramirez.

The AP and Politico are reporting that al Qaeda leader Ayman al-Zawahri was killed this weekend. al-Zawahiri was most likely the target of a U.S. drone stike in Kabul this past weekend.

Al-Zawahiri took over al Qaeda after Osama bin Laden was killed in Pakistan in a U.S. raid in 2011.

Xi Jinping Calls for Using United Work Front to Weaponize Chinese Abroad

Chinese dictator Xi Jinping used his weekend address to the Central Conference on United Front Work to make more aggressive use of that deeply suspicious Communist organization for radicalizing and weaponizing Chinese people living in Western nations.

China’s “United Front” system is an elaborate network of well-funded influence operations that infiltrate and co-opt groups outside the Chinese Communist Party, and for that matter outside of China. The United Front is basically a system for injecting the ideological toxins of Chinese Communism into every group that looks vulnerable and useful.

Some “United Front Work” looks respectable and above-board, disguised as diplomatic programs, cultural outreach, and charity efforts. The United Front also engages in covert subversive activities and supports outright espionage from the regime in Beijing.

One of the most pernicious programs overseen by the United Front Work Department is the Confucius Institute, a network of supposedly benign Chinese language and cultural training programs at American universities. The Confucius Institutes were largely shut down by the U.S. government and university management over the past few years, but they are making a comeback under different names.

Former Secretary of State Mike Pompeo warned in December 2020 that the Confucius Institutes were only one of many appendages the United Front uses to influence students, especially young Chinese studying overseas.

“The United Front frequently intimidates members of academia, businesses, civil society groups, and Chinese diaspora communities, including members of ethnic and religious minority communities who speak out against horrific human rights abuses taking place in Xinjiang, Tibet, and elsewhere in China,” Pompeo said.

The U.S.-China Economic and Security Review Commission, established by Congress in 2000, warned in August 2018 that the United Front Work Department has accumulated more power, importance, and funding under Xi Jinping.

The U.S. commission said Xi views the United Front as an ideal instrument for subverting Western society because politically-correct Western officials are reluctant to criticize it:

SEC charges 11 people in $300M crypto pyramid scheme

The Securities and Exchange Commission said on Monday it charged 11 people for their roles in creating and promoting a fraudulent crypto pyramid and Ponzi scheme that raised over $300 million from retail investors worldwide, including in the United States.

Those charged included the four founders behind the scheme, named Forsage. They were last known to be living in Russia, the Republic of Georgia and Indonesia, the SEC said in a statement.

The charged individuals could not immediately be reached for comment.

According to the SEC’s complaint, the scheme’s website was launched in January 2020 and allowed millions of retail investors to enter into transactions via smart contracts. It allegedly operated as a pyramid scheme for more than two years, in which investors earned profits by recruiting others into the scheme, the SEC said.

Forsage also allegedly used assets from new investors to pay earlier investors in a typical Ponzi structure, the SEC complaint added.

“Forsage is a fraudulent pyramid scheme launched on a massive scale and aggressively marketed to investors,” said Carolyn Welshhans, acting chief of the SEC’s Crypto Assets and Cyber unit. “Fraudsters cannot circumvent the federal securities laws by focusing their schemes on smart contracts and blockchains.”

Without admitting or denying the allegations, two of the defendants agreed to settle the charges and one of them agreed to pay penalties, the SEC said.

US Department Of Commerce Asks Gun Holster Companies For Sales Records

A startling new report via AmmoLand News outlines how the US Department of Commerce Census Bureau asked major holster manufacturers/providers for order numbers, product descriptions, and locations where the items were shipped.

Some holster companies rejected the Department of Commerce's request for "commodity flow surveys" related to their sold products.

"We will never turn over any information on our customers to the government no matter the cost us," Chad Myers, President of JM4 Tactical, said. "To do so would violate our core beliefs. We need to stand up to an overbearing government. Our customers can rest assured that their information is safe with us!"

AmmoLand said, "the Census Bureau sends out the Commodity Flow Survey to random companies every year … but this seems an abnormal amount of holster companies have received the notice leading some of the holster companies to wonder if the federal government has targeted them."

This is alarming because the overreaching government could be attempting to create a registry of gun owners, types, and numbers of firearms owned via the information collected in the survey.

Holster companies have reached out to Arbiter Weston Martinez of Texas, a former Texas Real Estate Commissioner under former Governor Rick Perry, to push back on the government collection of data.

"Clearly, the Biden administration is saber rattling for the left in the wake of all the recent losses they have incurred by Supreme Court rulings," Martinez said. "My clients and I will never back down from anyone that is trying to impugn our Constitutional and God-give rights like the Second Amendment."

Holster companies do not have a choice and are bound by law to turn over all requested information or face fines.

Washington Gun Law President William Kirk provides more color on the Biden administration's use of government agencies to collect data on law-abiding citizens. He said this administration is the least trustworthy of any administration in the country's history regarding the lawful rights of gun owners.
