So how are the second, minute and hour hands supposed to be read?

I understand that the Qclock is a map of sorts:

  • cyclical, every 60 days

  • minutes marks correspond to individual days

  • days are indicated in a spiral to form layers (60 days)

Now i get that Q post can correspond by going "up the layer"

i.e. starting at zero [:00], 12/07 -02/05 -> 04/06

but what is the correlation between the second, minute and hour hands of the clock?

Is there a certain angle between the minute and hour hand measured by seconds [:days] that provides correspondence?

Is the angle always fixed? Is it dependent?

Does the second hand provide a marker through a related Q post to determine the angle of correlation?

If this is a map, then it needs a legend to help in its interpretation.
