This is why it is important to know which god you are praying to. Jesus said to pray like this, "Our Father which art in heaven" He defines the God to whom to pray, that is the one true God, maker of heaven and earth. All other gods are false gods and have no power against the true God of the Bible. Because of Jesus, we can talk to God the Father–there is no power that can stand against that.
