she doesn't, she has no legitimate business there.. either she's on some sort of a FF diplomatic mission.. China wants/needs her to cross the line, so they can react in whichever way they're planning, and dems look like they were there to help taiwan, but end up facilitating whatever china wants to do… OR, its just some scheme to solicit bribes in some form or another.
