This is clearly governmental overreach. The Constitution does NOT allocate control over women's bodies to the federal government. I feel that bodily autonomy falls under the 9th Amendment.

Bodily autonomy applies to the woman, not the fetus. Millennia-old established traditions define life as beginning with the first independent breath of the newborn infant. An extremely corrupt man colloquially known as "Pope John Paul II" made up this crap about life beginning at the moment of conception, and the Catholic Church has deployed this concept as a weapon to seize control over the lives and bodies of all women of childbearing age. Critical thinkers should reject this as the power grab that it is.

What is happening inside a person's body is his or her own very private information. I am for privacy and against all the digitization and monetization of people's medical records. I oppose any and all politicization of people's health and wellness matters. In my view, no governmental entity has any right to know what transpires between a human and his or her chosen health care provider. NONE of these issues should be legislated, because ALL health is in fact individual and ver personal. "Public health" is a communist concept.

Your comment slanders me. I like individual liberty and bodily autonomy. I like privacy and restraining government from controlling people's bodies and minds. I've never murdered anyone, nor advocated for anyone else to do so - except after due process of law, in the case of traitors and serial killers.
