i was the anon the previous bread who brought up article 5. i was meaning it in more of a connection to the ERIC system. i needed an anon to post what states were using it as it seems to match up with enough states being able to ratify an amendment change. maybe Q team is prepping this one to win those states in order for a plan to contiune.
