If evidence is about to be dumped, logic would dictate a lot of false dumps to discredit it. So the storm will raise a false storm.

But it's always a good idea to set a watch, including on weather and space weather and all potential threats -- Patriots don't need to be caught unawares, with their lamps untrimmed.
