I know people who did. The money charged back weeks later, BUT…people DID withdraw and transfer money, a friend paid off a credit card, and then ran it up again, based off of their SSN's & the red number on the back of their cards.
If you've ever transferred money from bank to bank, or bank to credit, you know you can't just go typing in whatever. So fucking weird.
