Steelers QB Dwayne Haskins dies after being hit by car
Steelers quarterback Dwayne Haskins died early Saturday morning after being hit by a car in South Florida, according to the team.
Haskins’ agent, Cedric Saunders, confirmed his death to ESPN.
Haskins, 24, was in Florida training with other Steelers teammates, including quarterbacks and wide receivers. According to a team source, he was apparently headed to the airport to return to Pittsburgh when the accident occurred

Steelers QB Dwayne Haskins dies after getting hit by vehicle on South Florida. He was 24.
The Florida Highway Patrol is currently investigating an accident that happened around 6:30 a.m. on I-595 Westbound between Interstate 95 north and south. According to the FHP, a 24-year-old pedestrian was hit by a dump truck. All westbound lanes of I-595, between north and south of I-95, were closed as late as 11:30 a.m. Saturday.
