The VERY short answer is. Some anons noticed that there were technical changes made to the site and board just days before the new Q posts showed up.
The theory is these changes may have allowed someone with very high access to spoof or fake Q's tripcode.
As far as I am aware, nothing has been proven or disproven. So the argument rages on.
