Key take-aways from my first DEEP perusal of the EO:

For both HR abuses and corruption.

>Type of corruption left open. ANY corruption.

Freezes assets first, then tells the miscreant.

>No chance to abscond with assets.

Impacts specifically Foundations such as the CF and others.

>Actually points out "donations" in section 3. This means that all donors to the corrupt foundations can be subject to this seizure. Alwaleed in SA comes to mind as CF donor.

Officers in companies that support HR abuse or corruption are subject to this.

>Everyone who has been resigning is probably head of a complicit organization.

Anyone who got proceeds from government contracts is subject to this EO

>All of the EM-type, Solyndra-type, and other Hussein slush fund "grants" are going down. I think we can now state categorically that EM is dirty.

Specifically targets banks that aided the HR abuse or corruption.

>Could this impact the Fed itself? Imagine the scope of this if it does. It targets Foreign and Domestic, so if the Fed is targeted, EVERY Fed everywhere is targeted.

That's just my first take. Back to re-reading it.
