This is very far reaching and will affect many, many people in many, many places. Perhaps even people you know. I'm sure they will start with the most egregious and continue from there. Many layers of corruption and human rights abuses throughout the world. This will take down many of the elites who run all the business we are familiar with.

Even at one level - say the 2nd level. If that level is pulled by this EO, it will create a domino effect. Once the money is gone – pfttt! You may very well see the dissolution of many business that were in some way attached to that level and depended on "subsidies" from that entity.
