If an Anon seriously wants to help,
they need to explain their thoughts
and connect the dots enough that the
average high-IQ Anon in here can follow it
without expending excessive effort.
Or at least explain why it's worthwhile
expending that much effort and why they
can't explain it themself.

As I read it, even a manager or director or owner of a company within which any employee is engaging in these activities, also becomes liable for the penalties specified in the Order. Whether or not they knew, they SHOULD have known, and are held responsible.
