Know that very low spot well. That's like 100 feet from the Cuyahoga River, close to where it empties into Lake Erie, not far from First Energy Cleveland Browns Stadium and Rock & Roll Hall of Fame.
River is notorious for literally catching on fire back in the 1960's.
