What does 'Active ISPs' mean in regards to this board? Usually hovers around ~1600. Does this mean an ISP that has posted in the past 24h or the sum total of all anons currently on the board? I'm guessing the latter because weren't we reaching millions world-wide?

If it is just the ~1600 though we're pretty much the cram of the crop Spartans/Pepes that defended Thermopylae/Digital Realm.
