If you want a cheat code, look at who holds the majority of congress over time. Democrats like to use the EXECUTIVE branch, but quietly negate the evidence of the Congressional branch when talking of "great reset" or whatever. So when you get confronted by nonsense in "great reset" you get to ask who wrote jim crow laws?
