1. Such great timing as almost if LE was sitting on this for a special occasion - such as POTATO GUN CONTROL WEEK.

2. Stick in the eye - See everyone CA has it under control.

3. Helps cover up they have the strictest laws and yet the most mass shootings rather nicely.

Mass Shootings skyrocket in sync with POTATO GUN CONTROL calls. Urban shootings and homicides continue quietly with minimal coverage despite being primarily a Black issue (with some Hispanic help).

Nothing happens by circumstance is my point.
