Predictable cycles, are by definition predictable

Not all actions in the universe predictable cycles

Since the Universe in non-deterministic, then free-will is true

Non-predictable events occur.

One cannot predict the decay of a single specific radioactive isotope

One can reliably calculate the RATE of radioactive decay of an isotopic mass, but never which specific isotopic atoms will decay in any specified timeframe.

Thus, the future cannot be known and is not subject to predicted outcomes

This also disproves a theistic God.

Since the future can "change" from what we predict will happen, and does so randomly, if there was a God, "it" could change a course of events at any given time, but "it" chooses not to intervene predictably, reliably, or in response to human commands (prayer).

Ergo, Chaos is the most significant influence in non-cyclical events such as the experiences of biological lives.
