MBS was supposed to have been cleared out for security purposes in anticipation of KJU's visit at around 8pm local time per the article below. However, Q's #103 post shows (if taken around that time: note sunsets at 7:10pm in Singapore at this time of year. It looks like the sun set about an hour prior to this picture.) that the public is still in the pool. It has not been cleared out, because KJU's visit happened in the past, some other time?
