Is there any way to get around twat's demand for a phone number when they lock you out of your account? That's the only option they give me. Burner phone?

I know how to create a new account with anon gmail & burner phone (thanks to reading it here), but how can you retrieve the locked account with thousands of MAGA followers WITHOUT giving those twats my phone number?
