Is the Punisher coming for RR or is RR acting punisher for Five Eyes?
I did read it. That is why it is confusing. Q has him in the triple kill box which means he is bad, but, that doesn't match the past info or his speech in Canada.
Is RR the bait for the Five Eyes black hats??
