this appears to be directly related to that fake twitter account eyeinthespy or whatever making false claims about assange happenings today. They post about this saying something will happen so that when it doesnt happen on that date - the entire movement looks fake. Thank you Q.
that Q tripcode lasted from May 8th to May 19th. the 23 marker was exposed on the 19th but set on the 8th when the tripcode was set. This shows Q has prior knowledge and was able to set up the date confirmation ahead of time.
