Dude states that new sanctions on the diplomatically-protected Russian railroad access through Lithuania (NATO member) to satellite Russian territory Kaliningrad could be pretext for war in Europe proper.

Dude states NATO (w/ America) unprepared to fight a recently combat-tested and trained Russian force. Unsure of this point. But the larger perception that Biden Admin is doing everything in it's (limited/lame/corrupt) power to "poke the Bear" into a wider war.
