We have a lot of small airfields where the retirees fly in/out of. They don't have towers, they are VFR, you call out your position etc. for those in the area listening but 9x out of 10, there's no response. Unless you listen to the radio around here you wouldn't know fake president is 10 miles away from you. That and personally, I wouldn't give two shits myself, I'd call Dover tower on my cell and remind them he isn't president so your NOTAM is fraudulent but I'm a dick like that.
