The most mundane, logical answer is that the Demoshits are already on thin ice with the American public, and it's not politically expedient for their to be riots in the streets and cities burning. They lost Roe v. Wade, but they can't do anything to jeopardize the midterms (which they're guaranteed to get crushed in already) which by acting out on their anger.
