Do abortions make some women crazy?

Physiologically, a build-up and sudden drop off of oxytocin must have some significant effect. Multiple times, build-on effect? Certainly, some sort of 'imbalance'. What can 'right the ship'?

What hormones and neurotransmitters are spontaneously released in the human female when a pregnancy dies/fails/is aborted?

These would become permanent 'codes changes', perhaps?
