I wonder if Durham allowed that to stay, to reveal the FBI for who they are; or if the Defense made sure it was there? Regardless, the conviction wasn't the goal.

Sorry, but looking at this exhibits and considering the jury instructions and the reasonable doubt standard,it looks like the jury was correct. The FBI internally viewed this as coming from the DNC. Dirty, but reasonable doubt on materiality and if Sussmann lied at the meeting.
